I found this place on a Friday and sat and watched the people for a while. I liked it so much that on Saturday I explored the neighborhood for a deli and had a picnic lunch at the gardens. There are no words to explain how beautiful this place is. It's so peaceful and serene inside of the gardens, yet you still hear the sounds of downtown ...
My husband and I walked through the gardens right after it had rained. It was just beautiful! The swan boats weren't operating, perhaps due to the rain? But the gardens were very well kept and June seemed like the perfect time to visit. The only complaint I had was that none of the fountains were working at full power.
The Public Gardens are absolutely beautiful! I was stunned that a public area could have such amazing flowers and plants. This garden is well mapped out with plenty of places to sit and relax. There is a lake with swan rides that many people enjoy, but don't plan on being able to throw a frisbee or anything like that because there are plenty ...
It was one of the most beautiful parks I have ever seen, and in the middle of a city no less! A great place to relax and enjoy the exquisite landscape.
the boston public garden is the amazing place to go and visit. The summer time there is so many beautiful flowers and history about it. There are swan boats that take u around the pond to see every inch of the garden. At night is a romantic place to take ur date there on the bridge for those special moments that u want to have .
I like this place because was the first place that I visited when I was in the USA, afther to this place I went with my boyfriends and he promess me that he promised me that he would make a castle for my in that place like christman gift. I will go again in DEcember to see if this is reality.
What a sight for sore eyes after leaving your work from a busy building in downtown Boston. It's absolutely beautiful specially in springtime and summer with all the colorful flowers. Geese, swans and ducks add more to it's natural ambience.
I love the atmosphere, it is like a safer and smaller Central Park. There are beautiful flowers, trees and fountains everywhere and it is always a nice place just to rest and read a book.
I love the relaxing atmosphere and greenary in the Public Garden. It's a great place to sit down and read a book, have a slice of pizza from Upper Crust or just to watch the world go by. The Public Garden is truly a Boston treasure!
Definitely check out the Garden - it's one of my favorite parts of the city. In the spring it's covered in tulips (beautiful!) - during the summer it's a great place to enjoy some of the little greenery Boston has to offer. It's right in the heart of the city, bordered by the theater district, Downtown Crossing, and Beacon Hill. ...
