Even thought I was disappointed which was my own fault. I thought the deck was going to be like the Empire State Buidling, outside, it wasnt. My fault for not paying more attention. It still is a must see! Amazing view and great for pics

I went to Chicago a couple of years ago and the Sears Tower was on the top of my list to see... I was definitely not disappointed one bit. The lines are log so be prepared to do a lot of standing but when you get off that elevator the view is breathtaking! This is a must see!!!!!!

The elevator is great! Just 60 seconds to get to the 103rd floor. Very smooth.

It was magnificent to see Chicago from this view. What an awesome trip that was from once we were getting off of the elevator until the trip home. All we could talk about was the awesome view from the Sears Tower.

Currently the highest observation deck in the U.S., so it should get 5 stars just for that though, personally, I think the view from the Hancock Observatory is better.

Well after walking here from Michigan street bridge we found the door into the sky deck on the south side of the building. The enterence was very much like a ride at Disney! The elevator ride was crowded and brisk to the top! The deack area was great place to relax and view! A must see while in Chicago.

They offer a bunch of add on options for tours, audio wands, etc. Don't take it. The experience of traveling in the elevator to the top of Chicago is more than enough! Take some time to revel in the trip up and in the thought of the structure's amazing integrity.
