    Yes you write. I have bad experience with them. I have bought ticket threw them and they even didn't send ticket until 4 weeks. I called them so many times and every time they said we already mailed. Mail usually take 3 to4 days in USA. But I didn't recevie until 4 weeks. Also they charged $40 more then actaul fare.     DO NOT book thru Air tours in Chicago. Not once, but twice, we have been misinformed, misguided, and inspite of us locking in a fare, and paying with our credit card, they have not issued us our tickets.
