  • Pick up the phone, please
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/06/09
This location does too much business to care about phone calls to see if they have what you are looking for in stock. They only care about customer service in store. If I don't know if they have what I need, why make the trip? I'll go to Fleet Feet where they answer the phone and can tell me if they have what I need before I jump in the car and make a special trip and am greeted with kindness.

  • Nike - the way to go
    By Sara, 06/25/07
NikeTown is huge and offers a great selection. I am always impressed with the merchandise. However, I feel that there are often times that the item I want is not available in my size. I love the brand so I always end up finding something else to buy when my original choice is out of stock!

  • The ambience is awesome

I have been here yesterday to buy a pair of running shoes. After reading the reviews about the store, I was in the notion that the reception was going to be poor. But the lady in the running shoe section is really cool. I took 30 mins to choose a pair. And they were really patient and showed me all the stuff. The shoe is great. Don't mind the reviews. At this point of time, the store is good.

    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 09/07/05

They were signed for on 9/1/05 with instructions enclosed to call me for my credit card # so that they could issue credit. I spoke with ...
