Exceptionally goodIn the small town of Buffalo, Wyoming, it was our great pleasure to stay at the Occidental Hotel and dine at the Virginian on a perfectly done thick cut of prime rib and baby back ribs in a chipotle/raspberry glaze. Service was fine, too - and don't neglect to have a drink at the 110+ year old saloon bar complete with bullet holes.OVERALL
