This outlet mall is missing a lot of the great outlet stores - Restoration Hardware, Pottery Barn, Nike, Crate and Barrel, Williams Sonoma, etc. Found better deals at the local Boise Town Square Mall. For instance bought a belt at Eddie Bauer outlet for $16.99 and found it at the mall store for $9.99.
