My husband and I took the Circle Island Tour on Sat. April 18, 2009 with "Cousin Good Looking", Bus 636. He is the best tour guide I have ever encountered! (I have traveled and taken tours within eleven different countries.) He is knowledgeable, entertaining, prompt, etc. Never a dull moment with Cousin Good Looking!! We loved every bit of all we saw.

We took a trip last Sunday the 8th of March on bus 636 with coucin good looking and we had the time of our tour with him. He was very knowledgeable and interesting to be with. Showed us lots of places and was very funny to be with Would recommend him to all that go to Ohau and want to know about the Island Thank You for a wonderful day.

We loved our stay at Wikiki Beach. Robert's Hawaii could not have been nicer. On time- knowledgable- safe drivers - funny. We had Cousin Jerry (Germaines Luau) - Nauni (Kawaii) - Greg - Sunshine (Oahu) - Thomas (Maui) and Lincoln (Big Island).

In our 12 days in Honolulu, we used Roberts Hawaii for four tours. They were on time, courteous, and knowledgable. The two things we did not like were the constant begging for tips (ei: "looking after them etc, etc, etc).. we thought it rather boorish and every driver/escort/guide used the same jokes over and over and over... quit trying to be stand up comedians and just do your job!!

I've used Roberts Hawaii on my trips from HNL to Waikiki and back, also on their Oahu Grand Circle Island excursion. In all cases they were punctual, courteous and provided great service. i did not dislike anything our bus number was 636 and our driver was Mr Good Looking the tour had a pleasant atmosphere and the knowledge he had about his culture was well informative also the driver liked to humor us and by the time we had finished the tour we were all smiling and satisfied. I recommend it.

Do not take this bus from the HNL airport. 10 employees standing around with one person working. We waited on a bus that was going to be only 5 mins. 25 mins later one finally came. $18 for two. Take a cab. It will cost a little more. But this company is horrible. Took over a hour to get to The Waikiki Marriott. I cant belivee that so many people take use the service
