I've been with Tommy's tours 4 times now. I am extremely satisfied, and if I ever get to go back to Hawaii again, I will be going with them again. They do not have the fanciest of vehicles, but they are clean and reliable, and you are going swimming, so to expect something plush and expensive would be unreasonable.

Tommys does not leave people behind. They have more than one driver and you have to be intelligent enough to get on board.

The tour was a good idea, but the water was not nearly as clear as I'd liked on June 2nd. I've swum in the Great Lakes, around Puerto Rico, the Black Sea, and the Gulf of Mexico and have done plenty of snorkeing and although there were fish to be seen, the water was too murky for real good photographs. Had it not been the case, I would have rated it a 5. Instead, it's a 4 overall. The area itself was, of coure, beautiful.

This was a wonderful deal. $15 for them to pick you up from your hotel or one nearby (I was staying right across from Waikiki and they picked me up there), take you to get snorkel equipment, learn how to use it, then get dropped off at one of the best snorkeling places in the world.

Don't get ripped off like I did! Do not take any of the snorkeling tours to hanauma bay!! Drive there yourself or take the city bus and rent all the snorkeling gear and lockers AT Hanauma Bay! everybody was nice and friendly. The fish were amazing and the weather was great! I didn't feel unwelcomed and the tourest were very nice as well. I would recommend this for a family vaction.
