Frommer's guidebook needs to be updated as there are fewer tours and no longer has trams. Staff were very friendly and knowledgeable of entire area & history, not just the estate's gardens which was an additional bonus. Even if you don't want to do the walking you can still learn how to make a lei from the beautiful crown flowers grown on the estate combined with lovely purple orchids and greenery.
