I really enjoyed learning the history of the church. The code in the ceiling tiles, the hebrew writing on the side of the pew chairs on the second floor - perhaps one of the missing Israelites tribes???? The young man conducting the tours was enthusiastic and charming.
Very enjoyable. I highly recommend this as a "must see."
One stop on the Underground Railroad. Enjoyed the tour of this church so much .The lady conducting the tour was well informed and in true southern fashion made us feel right at home. Also try a Sunday morning church service as this church will welcome you right in.
