Tour was very interesting. Gift shop has very reasonable items. We have stayed at Ballastone last 3 years, right next to the Birthplace. Lots of spooky things happening over there. No doubt, they have a ghost.

The place is beautiful!! If you go to savannah you must visit this place. So much history.The house has all original furniture and articles. It looks like she still lives there.

So, I really wanted to check this place out while we were in Savannah for a get-away.

Juliette, who founded the Girl Scouts of America, was born and raised in Savannah. No surprise, her childhood home (which at one point was converted to apartments but was bought by the GSA Organization in the early 50s) is now a museum.

I liked all of it when I went their for the first time i was a girl scout. It was nice to find out who had founded this great oppertonity. They have lots to offer as activtys for the kids and as well as dress up.

Visiting the Birthplace with my daughter and her meme was an awesome experience. Meme, the grandmother, was in scouts some 50 years ago and had visited this special place and gotten her special pin. As a scout some 30+ years ago I had visited and of course gotten my special pin. So it was a prievelge for us to take my daughter who is a Brownie ...

I toured the house at night on the Ghost Tour. The guides were over the top, but it was very informative and fun.

I want to go back in the daytime. :)

Enjoyed the history. The staff were knowledgable of the history and were able to explain each room of the house. The house is beautiful and well kept. Can't wait to go back.

i loved it cuz im in gs and i liked seeing where the person who developed wat im in/been in for 9 yrs now lived... its awesome!!!!!
