The zoo was one of the best that i have ever
been too. the snake house was the best i have ever been too.

One of the better zoos in the country from my experience. The panda exhibit is by far one of the highlights. Could use a bit more creature comforts like food facilities but OK to just grab a snack.

We have a 2-year-old daughter who loves to go to the zoo. It isn't the largest zoo in the country. But, you can still give your child the opportunity to learn about different animals and conservation efforts. It all starts when they are young. If children can learn to appreciate animals, they will become the adults who save them.

I loved all the new exhibits that Zoo Atlanta has added. The animals are in a natural setting that is comfortable to them and allows visitors to see the animals in their natural setting.

Zoo Atlanta is a small, but very wonderful place to visit with some animals. Anyone that has lived in Atlanta very long may remember the state of the old zoo. Zoo Atlanta is such an improvement, expecially for the animals. My favorite is the pandas.

We were alittle overwhelmed by this zoo. The trip into Atlanta from my sisters home was a bit hairy....too bad they didn't offer a shuttle in from outlying towns. The kids were impressed with some of the climbing elements along the path.
I guess maybe I am just not a "zoo" person...they make me sad for the poor animals.

Growing up in Atlanta I use to go to the zoo all the time. Since I left I have always wanted to go back. Just did and it was great

Love how easy it is to get around, the variety of animals and how close you can approach some (e.g., elephants, tigers, gorillas).

Pandas are the "big draw" and they are rather boring. The rest is great. My son loves the kangaroos and elephants, particularly watchig the elephants paint.
