It seems as though you get to see the whole house but its just "the dump" or basement. Its where she wrote the book. The guide kep clearing his throat and finally ask for a cough drop......kinda weird...It cost too much too.

Gone with the Wind / history folks
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/10/05

It's great how they set the story straight about the book vs. the movie. The historical guide is informative and entertaining. (tip: park at the Margaret Mitchell house) (another tip: rent a car to get around metro-Atlanta because we're definitely -not- DC or NYC)
