I travel through this airport twice a week. Over the past 3 years I have watched a steady decline in the service level, the customer service and the general attitude towards the traveler. Gates are consistantly being switched with no (or incorrect) notification. Gate arrival holds for no attendants or ground crews have resulted in missed flights ...

Over the years I have stopped lots of times in this airport - just to change and get on another airplane - I was seroiusly surprised to see how old looking this large airport was - everything needs fixing - and I mean everything... thank heavens the workers are super polite ---- it was good going through and even asking questions... they took the time to help....

What can one expect from the world's busiest airport? Crowds of people, long security lines, and flight delays! But the abundance of shopping and eating places, easy flight connections, plus a convenient link to downtown Atlanta via the MARTA train, still make Hartsfield a truly world-class airport.

The atlanta airport is the most organized airport I've been to anywhere. It is very easy to navigate as it is linear. No confusing mazes or roundabout directions. Set up extremely well.

Ok maybe nightmare is too harsh. But let's just say this . . according to sources Hartsfield is the most delayed airport in the nation. It's also the busiest passenger airport in the nation so these delays are common. Normal delay is always 10-20 minutes. Now picture this . . it rains . . 30-40 minutes. So if it snows will they just close ...
