Sorry this course is in horrible condition with slow and poorly maintained greens. Practice facilities are a joke. Course overall is in horrible condition. I wouldn't golf here again even if it was free.

Our foursome had a great time playing there. We hadn't played Mayfair in a couple of years. The course was in great shape, the restaurant and pro shop have been improved quite a bit since we played there last. Dave and Jerry were especially helpful. We'll start playing out there again now.

The course has new managmeent and you can tell. The pro-shop is stocked, the restaurant enlarged, the restrooms are spectacular with showers, lockers, beautiful cabinetry and countertops.

I play this course about 15 times a year (since 2000). I've seen it in decent shape and I've seen it in terrible shape. As of December 2007, it's the best since I've been playing. They've done a lot of work in the past 4 months and are continuing.

this course could be sanford's crown jewel, but it is in no way close to that now.

if the small crew at winter park pines were assinged to this course for just a few months, this course would drasticly change for the better.

i, agree with most of the other comments, and agree that the managment needs to change in order for the course to see any changes for the better.
