Don't move to IRCC unless you plan on staying until you die. It is a black hole that you will never get out of. They do not honor their contracts. The Board changes the By-Laws to suit their needs. BEWARE!!!

We've lived here for 12 years and can't imagine living anywhere else. We love that all of the maintenance for the house, appliances and yard are taken care of for us. We travel for 5-6 months at a time and it's so nice to know that our house is secure and being well taken care of during our absence.

We visited IRCC twice and decided that it was the place for us. The maintenance program makes living here pretty effortless. The Club is a wonderful asset. We loved the friendly staff and most of all the grounds are immaculate. The residents don't lift a finger as maintenance does everything for them! Wildlife is abundant and I got the most beautiful photographs.
