Me and my hubby thought we would spend the day and take our 10year old and 2 year old here for day.....We live quite a distance, but we live in Florida.....When we drove up I thought we were at Wallyworld- with Chevy Chase....come to find out we were at wrong entrance to park- signs said parking but no parking. The 90 year old parking attendant ...
...than you and your family having fun. This place has been in a shaky evolution for years now. It's become kinda like a box of chocolates. When you show up, you never know what's going to be there, but not in that good surprise way. Sort of more like a "I wonder what kind of fist they will hit me with this time" way. This last ...

Made our last trip there

Half the rides and other areas were closed. $5.50 for a corn dog is a bit much. Areas where ski shows were held had peeling paint, cobwebs and looked very neglected. Got to Cypress Gardens at 10:00 and left at 2:00 from pure boredom. The gardens were pretty but I will spend my money at Busch Gardens where they have the same beautiful gardens, better rides and the building and grounds are immaculate and kept up.
I love this park! It's great for the coaster shy. It's water park is a way to chill out! The food isn't too expensive, the gardens lovely, and the exhibits ae O.K. The only thing I found bad about the place was the adventure. They had 5 coasters, but did not have and flips, loobs, corkscrews. So for those thrill- seeking coaster fans, this may not be on your list. However, the coasters were fun for the not so brave(like me)

Good value, great fun for my 5 & 7 year old
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 08/13/08
My 5 and 7 year old had a blast! They were tall enough to ride 97% of the rides and there were no lines!!! They were allowed to stay on the roller coasters and bumper cars until they had enough. The free water park was a great way to cool off. Everyone was friendly, the park was very clean and the food prices were good. If you have kids younger ...
We visited the park today on a Tuesday, and it seemed like half of the park was not open. The tram that gives you a way to get from one end of the park to the other was not running. Our 78 year old parents had to walk.
The grounds and gardens are beautiful but it's an expensive ticket just for that.
Our family had such a wonderful adventure this year on our Easter vacation April 06, 2007. We took our vacation this year to Florida. Although, we have been there many times over the past few years, we try to visit Florida at least once a year. This year we decided to do everything beside Disney and Universal Studios. We purchased the Orlando To ...

My family and I loved Cypress Gardens! We live right by it so we go there all of the time! We're going back very soon!
I loved the place, it had good rides a wonderful family atmosphere and there's more fun being added. When I went to Cypress Gardens they changed almost everything. They had a good assortment of rides(I especially liked the Inverter, Disco, Mega Bounce, and Okeechobee Rampage). Their Water Park has something for everyone and the shows were ...

We had a wonderful weekend at Cypress Gardens. The price is right and our son had a blast too. There is something for everyone to enjoy there.
