  • HORRIBLE! WASTE of MONEY!
    By christine_gramann, 07/08/09
The food was TERRIBLE! It arrived cold, had a rubbery texture, and tasted horribly bad - worse than airline, hospital, even grade school cafeteria food. I was totally unimpressed with the waitress. She could have cared less that I needed a glass of water for my son - instead of the beer or soda they were offering. I asked to speak with the ...

  • It sucks
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/06/09
The food was the worse I've ever tasted. Spent most of the night in the bathroom following dinner. We went to Arabian Nights last year and what a difference. Will NEVER go back to Pirates. Such a waste of money. They could take lessons from Arabian Nights. There advertisement says free wine and beer with dinner but guess what? NO FREE WINE. Will never recommend this place to anyone. Even was stupid enough to upgrade.

  • Pillaging Pirates
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/08/09
DON'T GO! The Marine Corps Drill Sargeant (Marine Corps in huge letters on his jacket)barked orders at all of us freezing in a long line because the place didn't open on time. The reservation people lost our reservation. There were cheap souvenirs galore, and a cocktail waitresses yelling out over the pirates in the saloon. This was ...

  • DONT GO!! RIP OFF AHEAD!!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/29/08
WOW What an expensive night. Save your money for disney.
They tell you to be there 90 minutes early for a reason. So they can hit you up for expensive drinks, overpriced cheap souvenirs and free and not tasty appetizers. Every step of the way they hit you up for cash. First to upgrade your seats, then upgrade your dinner.
The show itself is okay, but again seemed really expensive for experience.

  • Must read everything to avoid this happening to you!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 06/24/08
    This was my experience.

My daughter and I arrived and purchased tickets early. My sister in law had already told me she didn't care for the food so I decided to get the VIP treatment and upgraded. This cost me a neat $200. But I was willing to pay for a lobster dinner, VIP lounge and front row seating.

We were very excited to go. I love ...

  • PIRATE DINNER DISAPPOINTMENT
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/20/07
It was poor quality food. The service was good as far as the waiter. It was confusing and we really couldnt follow the theme of the show. I was bored and waiting for it to end. After having been to Dixie stampede I expected the same quality of food and entertainment but my whole dinner party of 13 were just as disappointed as I was. I made ...

I got a but one get one free ticket by donating blood, so I went online and bought a ticket with the intent of taking my girlfriend to the show, thought it would be cool. I get there and first thing before even getting inside the place they tried to pressure my group to upgrade our tickets for only $25.00 per person. What? 3 guess for $40.00 I'm only a second ...
