I loved the service. Our server was a great host. She took the time to tell us about the restaurant and suggested great food. The atmosphere was great and she made that her priority. Great job Prisila.

WE SHOWED UP ON A SATURDAY NIGHT, WITHOUT RESERVATIONS. WE DIDN'T WAIT LONG AT ALL (ALTHOUGH THE LINES WERE A MILE LONG). WE HAD A GREAT TABLE, AND OUR WAITRESS CAME OUT ASAP. WE HAD OUR FOOD IN NO TIME AT ALL, AND IT WAS GREAT. WE HAD NO COMPLAINTS AT ALL ABOUT OUR VISIT, AND WILL, WITHOUT A QUESTION, RETURN AGAIN! WE REALLY, REALLY ENJOYED OURSELVES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Cockroach crawling on arm during meal! I took a picture of it and when I highighted it to the waiter he basically just cruched it on the shelf behin my head with a serviette!

Despite a very busy night my party of 5 was in whithin 35 minutes (excellant for this area). The quoted time by the way was 40 -50 in. Waitress got lost for a little while but was outstanding otherwise. Ambiance was exceptionally cool with a live DJ and roaming cameras for big screen cameos. Food was very wel prepared and the value good for any area but especially so for the ORL area.

We have been to Planet Hollywood for a family meal a number of times over the last 10 years and we all love the place.We`ll be back there again in August.The food is great,its good value for money.We`ve always had good service.The staff are run off their feet.
Plenty to look at, watch or talk about whilst you`re waiting for your meal.
Our family can`t fault the place.Its GREAT.

the place was incredible,the layout was good and all the film memorabilia was outstanding the staff were very helpful & pleasant,the food was first class and great value for money what else can i say. we'll be back in april 2007 with a bigger family group no doubt about it. thanks again anne ogden & family

If you are looking for good food in nice surroundings this is the wrong place. If you want to eat burgers, chips, steaks or baked potatoes in a building full of rubbish film memorabilia then this is your place. We were in the restaurant on a quite night and still received poor service and poor quality food. My recommendation would be to walk around ...

I highly recommend on getting the L.A. Lasania and the Texas Tostadas. It is a great place for a Fun day for the family. You eat and then you shop at all the Downtown disney stores. Im there at least once every two months to visit the disney resorts. Its in the best location.We always make a date to eat there. The best time to to eat is during the day, its not as crowded.
