The servers that have been there longer then 2 years are horrible. Then they hire their imbecilic friends who don't last. Actually, I was there the other day...they hired another one. They have an attitude for no reason. The food is good. Margaritas are very tasty. Music has been better. There's a manager who used to be a server and should have stayed doing that. We ate on Saturday night before we went to the movies. The food was disgusting. I wouldnt have given it to my dog. Will not be returning.

I would have to agree with everyone else that decides to write a review for this restaurant. The food and drinks took forever, the food was average, and the top shelf margaritas tasted like sour mix and peach schnapps. I'm from New England and I've had better "mexican" food. Besides that, and I must say that a margarita should be to a Mexican restaurant like a bottle of red wine is to Paris, the Adobe Gila was tolerable.
