  • Our Treasure of Joy & Love
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/23/09
This park has been a beautiful treasure of memories, Love, Joy & lots of fun for my children, family members & I. It is beauty untainted, with it's beautiful nature trails, fish, birds, turtles, racoons and gators. All this my children's eyes saw through their growing years. We rode our bikes, rollerbladed, and had countless ...

I was reading the reviews, and they almost brought me to tears. I too love this park, I lived down the road at 181 st. and used to visit greynolds park every week with my little brother and parents, that was the last good memory we had together...anyways I hope this park is preserved forever..

  • Loved this park!
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 11/10/07
My friends and I used to hang out here when we were growing up. There are so many nice and fun memories here. We would roll down the hill along with everyone else. Climb up to the rock castle. Loved the trees and ponds and bike rides. I have not been here in years but next time I go to Miami I am going to visit. I'm sure it is still nice and will bring back many wonderful memories of my childhood!

  • Greynolds Park Hanging Out
    By yitz420, 03/13/06
I practically grew up in this park. I lived just down the road from it and spent a lot of time there. There are tons of nice benches away from the road to just relax on. I have seen aligators, but a very long time ago. By the west dixie highway entrance there are tons of turtles and tarpons that wait for people to throw bread to them (it is not ...

  • So many memories...
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/28/05
My parents used to take me to Greynolds Park and I have so many wonderful memories of the place. I remember seeing so much interesting wildlife there that was fascinating to me as a child. I used to climb the rocks behind the mound and pretend I was on an adventure. I loved rolling down the mound, and of course going up to the "castle". ...

  • Good Times
    By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/05/05
I used to go there as a kid, when we lived in Miami.....it is so nostalgic talking about it. We used to feed the ducks in the pond. Go to the top of the rock castle and blow bubbles, roll down the big hill. It was so much fun. I think many kids would enjoy it.

  • Love this park!

Well-maintained, serene, nice ponds/lakes, nice nature trails, a bit of interesting wildlife, and what I think is the highest point in Miami-Dade County - the rock castle. I only wish the playground had swings.
