I love their food it is wonderfiul. They have original and creative products that you can not find in other places. Their cakes are amazing and true works of art..... If you have never been, it is definately worth a visit. I love Gilbert's Bakery!!!!!

The food was just amazing! From there ham pastelitos to their pimienta spread. The food is very good. I love going back and eating true cuban food all the time. It is just wonderful.

A native Miamian, now that I live in the D.C. area, I request my family to send me quava pastries from Miami. I just received a batch, for my birthday. They came from Gilbert's Bakery. These were amongst the best guava pastries I've had.
