    We have been dining at Chef Allen's since it first opened. We have vacationed in Miami Beach for many years and although we have dined at some wonderful restaurants, Chef Allen's still ranks number one.   • a spoonful of paradise

    I found menu very exciting. So many new flavors to choose from. The dinner I had last night was one of the best I have had anywhere. We love all of the choices of local fresh fish. The wild cobia with Moroccan spices and crab couscous was delicious, we ended with chocolate souffle -as good as in Paris.
