worst trip to key west ever
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/12/07
my family just recently visited key west for the first time. The ghost tour was too long and we only went to four places and not to the cemetary. Not worth the money we spent for a lot of standing in the heat. Our guide seemed to ramble on and everyone was bored and he could not answer questions. May be he was a new guide but things like this ...

Cowboy Dressed In Drag
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/08/07
Our guide was a man named Cowboy, but he was not only intoxicated (you could smell the alcohol) he was dressed in drag. The dark evening gown, long black hair and pale makeup did give him the appearance of an old witch, which set the tone; however, he stated that there was a bet, but he walked way to good in his stelletos and blotted his make up ...

LOVED it!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/20/07
We did the tour a couple of weeks ago. It was interesting, informative, a little bit spooky, and FUN! The best part of it was the guide, Ed with the Wolfman Jack voice. He was hilarious. And possibly a bit drunk. The tour is one of the best things we did on our vacation in Key West.

Awful Experience
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 03/25/07
Me and my wife were on a vacation to Key West. On our first evening we went to this "Original Ghost Tours". It was a disaster. There was nothing you can appreciate about this tour except the guide's attire. He didn't show us what was on their website like, a tour in a haunted house or a cemetery. He showed us some run down places ...

Ghosts of Key West Tour
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/30/07
My husband and I took the tour with "RAY" November, 2006. Awesome!! We had such a great time, and learned so much. I had already read the book, but Ray brought it life. Afterwards we went to the Hard Rock and hung out with Ray for about an hour sharing beers and stories. So much fun!!!
The original Ghost tours is a tour I've been on 2 years running now. i've taken tours with the famous Diamond Dave, who is no longer with the Tours, but IS at the Hemingway. I've been with Andrea, who tells the stories with creepiness & a sick sense of twisted humor. The combination is WELL worth waiting to book into HER tour. ...

Even a local likes it !!!!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 10/16/06
I'm local to Key West and when friends come down I wanted to be able to tell them about the Ghost Tours. I had a great time. Our tour guide, Ed, was creepy and informative. You do go to a cemetary, it is a small one and not the main one on the island. Be prepared for odd pictures after they are developed. We saw a face by the small graveyard and orbs. Be prepared to walk and stand up to two hours. Well worth it. Welcome to Key West.
