I liked the fact that you could go in and walk around without having to take the tram for an additional charge. Great tropical trees and flowers,and many other birds,reptiles, and mammals to see. Friendly tour guides and overall well worth $17.00. Try the Monkey Farm for $29.00 and you'll see how Flamingo Gardens is not a rip-off.

One of the most worthwhile experiences in Florida. Very natural and peaceful,beautiful plants huge oak trees, and fantastic birds and animals. Great for taking pictures. You never know what you'll see next. Children love it!! The shops are great too. Unusual gifts. My grandson loves it!!!!!

Flamingo Gardens is not a formal garden so don't expect that. The gardens mislead with your ad and brochures. Had a terrible visit would not recommend to anyone. The gardens shares a terrible view and the animals look sad. I am from NY so the zoos up there are much better.
