  • Washington DC's Best kept secret

    This is truly a hidden gem... The bonsai collection was wonderful. the kids loved feeding the Koi, which were jumping up out of the water waiting for the food.

    Take the tour on the tram, you will learn a lot and it gives you a preview of the areas you will want to visit further.

    Wonderfully peaceful atmosphere with beautiful gardens. Great place to go for a walk or ride your bike. The gardens (and the columns) are definitely worth dedicating a day to.

  • A Green Oasis in Northeast

    This is a great, off-the-beaten-path place to relax and enjoy nature. Tucked into the northeastern part of the city, the National Arboretum does not see the hordes of tourists that downtown D.C. attractions do.
