An airy room, view of the water, good service and good food. I have had lunch and dinner here and enjoyed both. The food is delicious and the mashed potatoes with lobster are to die for.

The atmosphere and the food combine to give you an excellent dining experience. One of only a few quality Connecticut restaurants that are directly on the water.

Brunch at the Rusty Scupper is a wonderful experience. A live piano player plays, the water sparkes, and the mood is festive. The variety of food is amazing, from eggs and bacon to fish to chicken. We go there when we want to give ourselves a real treat!

They were overpriced for the quality of food and the side dishes are terrible and small! The dinner selections are too limited. The best thing about the restaurant is the view.
