My fiance is 46 and had never seen Dinosaur skeletons before, so this was a big attraction when we decided to visit the museum. I was dissapointed by the over abundance of chicken sized skeletons and only one large one. I know Colorado has more history than this. We very much enjoyed the space exhibit and the planetarium. I would like to return after grossology opens.

This museum is wonderful, from dinosaur fossils, to Mars, to wildlife dioramas, it has it all. Kids love the kid hands-on areas, I love Prehistoric Journey and the mineral display, we all love the Planetarium shows and Imax. Great gift shop too.

You could spend all day there, there are many exhibits for all interests. Great food in the food court as well. The Zoo is next door so you can make a whole day out of both.

The wildlife scenes are terrific.The bird displays were thorough and beautifully captured each bird. I learned alot about dinosaurs, too.The Imax theater is wonderful.The museum brings in special exhibits every so often that are worth seeing.

Great place for thinking, and fun too :-) My personal favorite section is the geology cave; you just can't beat a labyrinth full of rainbow colored crystals!

Love the museum. We stop in every time we are in the Denver area. It is incredibly educational, and very family oriented.

The only thing I would not recommend, is the on-site dining. We have found the food to be substandard, and have even found organisms that shouldn't have been part of the food wrapped up with the food.

The membership price is to high and especialy the ticket price for the IMAX movie.

Can the museum increase the number of kids activities on the weekend?

everytime we go it is a new experience! it's an all day excursion for me, because i don't want to miss any part of the place. my favorite being to stand in front of the pictorama windows and just gaze for hours, never finding every little thing in them.

Our kids really love this place. We had a season pass and went quite a bit. They loved the space exhibit and the dinosaur exhibits the best.

The IMAX theater is really cool too. They have lots of different movies to choose from.
