The Old Colorado District was so-so. Some shops were great in value for souvenirs, yet others were the same ol' "made in china" type stuff you can get anywhere. The area was N O T H I N G compared to Manitou Springs. Manitou is sooooooooooooo much better!!! Trust me! If you "want" to see Old Colorado, that's fine; but I bet you will agree with me once you have visited both!

We pulled into old colorado city at 7am. and parked at Bancroft park. Huge trees towered over our heads when we got out of the car. The temperature was perfect, even for July.The shops were amazing!A lot of crafts.
