Excellent service, great menu, attention was given to all of the items served. Our only complaint was that we could not sample all of the species, e.g. orange-chilli shrimp on skewers, etcc..

Selection of beers was excellent.

I really enjoy this place. Wonderful food, not what I expected from a brewery, very unique and delicious. Great beer. I can't wait to see what it's like during the evening. We have only been during the afternoon on weekends. Can't wait to go back.

My wife and I were introduced to Phantom Canyon when one of her instructors got married there. We decided to make it a stop on the way to Yellowstone National Park. The food (unusual for a brewpub) and beer were both good enough that we also made a stop on our way back so that we could enjoy it again.

Prices are reasonable, food is tasty, and the beer is quite good. The upstairs rooms give you a nice view of the Springs and surrounds.

Phantom Canyon had a lively atmosphere, even during the week. The food and the beverages were both excellent. Upscale, but comfortable...worth the travel to downtown.
