Poorly run, unsafe camp, poor staffing. My daughter got kicked by a horse the first day.

H2J did not provide adequate supervision and the adult staff was rarely there during the day. Teenage children were often in charge and the camp seemed to cater to a few select kids, leaving others to sit around and do nothing. There are other great trainers at the facility, but the camp is awful.

the fact that there were no permanant bathrooms for the children to use, and that the ranch is in a generally rundown condition are what we dislike. The camp director, and her experienced adult staff were both responsive to our childs needs and desires. Safety is of the outmost importance at the camp, and the staff handles the entire situation beautifully. My child learned a ton, we cant wait to return!!! Go!!!

They hire young girls who like to exhibit alot of power that includes alot of yelling. My chiled loved learning how to ride horses. She went last summer and really liked her teacher Shannon, but they fired Shannon and replaced her with a witch named Kim Dixon. So im not sure we're going back.
