We took our 4 kids here, 2 are younger, 2 are older. It was a really fun place for everyone but the older kids did get a bit tired of it after the 2nd visit. However, if you have kids between the age of 0 - 10, I highly recommend going and if you live near San Jose, getting the family pass! My younger 2 (7 and 5) really enjoy it there and have been 5 times in 6 months. We would go more often but we live about 20 miles away now.

great place for kids
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 02/08/08
Really fun and educational hands on experience for kids. One of the best in the region. Lots of things for all age levels-less chaotic than the Exploratorium in S.F.
Plenty for the children to see and also plenty of hands on experiences. Suitable for all ages - the toddler room upstairs is particularly good. We have been taking my daughter since she was about 11 months old and she never fails to be mesmerised and amused - in fact, we get bored before her! There are arts and crafts activities every day, for all ...

it was awful

the children are misbehaved. They say bad things and disrespect people. They try to hurt you and slap you. they also cry a lot. so don't go there
The only bad thing about this place is the price, my one-year old was $8! Everything else was great. There's a lot of activities for all ages, including an activity room just for kids under four, which also had a lot of seating for parents. There's art projects, and a water room (expect them to get wet). The cafe has lots of healthy, kid-friendly food, and is pretty cheap.

this should be a standard educational visit for all children within a 500 mile radius!!! Children of all ages will leave with the experience of wonderment, so put down those video games and go!

I don't know anyone yet who's disliked this place. I went when I was younger and had a blast! There's a lot of new stuff since then, and it's even better. For sure stop in here with kids

THE BEST place for kids...and babies!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 07/14/05
At first we were a bit concerned as to whether or not our 1-year-old would enjoy the museum. Boy did he loved every exhibit. The "floating" balls near the entrance caught his attention right away. Everything was so interesting and fun for him, from the tennis ball "factory" to playing with sand. And of course, he had a blast at ...

I Just Loved It
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 01/08/05
I really enjoyed visiting the museum when I was 9 years old with my little brother (he was 4.)
We have been there three and would like very much to go again.
