I think they did a good job remodeling and adding the theatre. There is not enough retail stores and the lower level is not under construction. I am surprised Westfield did not invest in the mall. They would do a faster job in remodeling the mall.

Surprise! I thought it was dead, but they're tring to bring it back to life. I really don't understand how it has survived this long in such a sad state of low tenancy.
Someone big must have a soft spot in their wealthy heart to resurrect it. No, it's NOT Westfield.

About 10 to 15 years ago Vallco use to be a really fun place to shop and hang out. It had a brand new arcade an ice skating rink and a really good food court. Yes, the mall is turning into a Ghost town but it still has a lot of the good basic stores such as Macy's, Victoria's Secret, Express, Bath and Body Works, Lady Footlocker, etc. Besides, sometimes you're just not in the mood to tackle the crazy crowds at Valley Fair!
