Waited 10 minutes in front of the host as he talked on the phone and didn't acknowledge us. A waiter and waitesss came over to the desk, and also ignored us! The place was empty so it's not like they were busy. Maybe we weren't dressed-up enough? We left and walked over to Hawgs Seafood...very friendly and attentive service, the food was excellent and the beer ice cold. Won't go back to Biersch!
