We tried twice to fly with Skysurfer-first time our pilot canceled on the field because dark clouds come rolling in. Other companies out there flew anyway. I was glad we could reschedule because of weather. The second attempt to fly was worth the wait!

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! FLIGHT CANCELLED ON THE WAY TO SAN DIEGO. ASKED IF IT WAS A PROBLEM TO RESCHEDULE AND THEY SAID NO PROBLEM. WHEN IT CAME TIME, THEY WERE RUDE UNHELPFUL AND UNWILLING TO WORK WITH OUR SCHEDULE. FIND ANOTHER COMPANY THERE ARE MANY!!!!!
