Loved the ride and our pilot was great but the owner & shuttle person was rude, rude, rude. Did not get what was promised. Had a torn balloon to go up in, no picnic afterwards, the crew did not take pictures as promised, and not certificate of flight. What was even worse was that we did not book with this company.
