moonlight is the ultimate california beach.why?because its close to the encinitas surfboards surfshop, has a board rental,and has amaaazing vollyball courts.theres also a snack stand.the food is great.

I love this place because of the different activities that take place here, it brings our community closer together. I also feel safe becuse of the number of lifeguards that are on duty.

I love this beach, it is the beast beach to surf, body board, swim, and just have fun. It has a great family atmosphere. Experienced life guards, great snack bar, volleyball courts. I love it!!!

A surfer's paradise especially for beginers who need consistant waves that range from knee high to chest high depending on the tide and wind. With a great local community nearby and a world class playground just off the 5, you really couldn't ask for a better vacation spot for the whole family.
