They lost my clock last year and my neighbor just got rimmed for a 300 dollar repair and his clock stopped.

Had Bobs clock shop come to my house to service our grandfather clock. Great job from Bob and one of his service tech did. Cleaned the glass polished the wood,
and even covered up some scratches. A real A+++ job.

Brought my clock for repair 8 months ago, ( said it would be 1 month) now they say they cant find my clock. Bob refuses to answer the phone. Im out 2000 dollars and no one will give me the time of day at thier buisness. Now i have to deal with the courts.
Stay away from this place if you value your clocks!

We ordered a clock (were told it was in stock) on December 20, 2006. Today is February 15, 2007 and we STILL have not received the order. When calling Bob's Clock Shop and telling them of the situation we did not even hear an "I am sorry". All that was said was "I will check with Bob when he get's back today". If you are looking for reliability you might think twice before ordering from this company.
