It is very hard to find authentic mexican food with some spice to it. there are a lot of restaurants with the tex-mex taste, you will not find that at Chuey's. The portions are enough that you will take some home. prices were reasonable. they have a big bar with pool tables to hang out. dont let the area discourage you.

LOVE THE FOOD AND DRINKS. PEOLE ARE NICE. ALWAYS CLEAN AND WELL ATTENDED. A NICE PLACE TO GO AND DANCE HAVE DINNER, DRINKS OR JUST TO GO AND LISTEN TO MUSIC.

Had a recent experience at Chuey's. Our first time since they relocated. Great food and atmosphere. The service was "ok". A little more "friendly" from the waitress would have made the experience better.
I will go back!

Just love the old school night on Saturdays. Brings back memories with the muscic they spin...good memories that is..there was always room on that spacious floor to get on your moves with a very fun crowd enjoying themselves. My husband and I say that we have found our place to go.
