I went to this place thinking it would be the greatest experience based off of the comments...It turned out to be a horrible experience. When I got there they said the tickets were sold out. I was willing to come back, so I asked the two ladies at the front desk about more information and they were very unprofessional, lazy, and rude. All they ...

The name should be "museum of Intolerance".

I was looking forward to my visit here, but instead was treated with gestapo like tactics to even enter the museum. Did not want to see the exhibit, because of the harrasment to get in, and felt that this museum was ironic and not working for peace or understanding.

it suck really bad the lady looked like she was from the holocaust
I was very excited to go to this museum and heard a lot about it. However when I went, a lot of it was under construction. The only thing that was open was I think the second or third floor. I did not get the full experience. I do hope to visit it again once more but once its finished renovations.
I have been to the museum in DC and WOW very impressive! The LA museum is a smaller museum with enough information for the school groups to get the message. I very much enjoyed listening to Holocaust Victim. The story he told was amazing. The parking garage was nice benefit for a visitor since parking is a problem in the area. What I did not ...

There was nothing to dislike about. It's history, and good learning experience once you come out from there. I feel you need to humble yourself for so many reasons and most of it comes from this museum.

It was our first time to see this museum and I think it was a great experience to learn how the Jews experienced hardship to survive.

I'm going to visit again!
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 04/19/07
I have been to this museum twice in highschool, and for me it has been a very touching and sentimental experience. This museum is great for people to go visit and see what life actually was like before and how lucky we are to know that we now have rights. You should think about life twice after you go visit the museum of tolerance!
