Bi-yearly visits are best . . .I've always enjoyed the Sawdust Festival, however, attending it every other year -- or every two years -- increases the enjoyment much more. The same vendors tend to show every year, and it's boring to already know in advance the art I'll see. But if I break up the years that I attend, I find I enjoy my time there immensely.

Summer Highlight Don't Miss ItThe Sawdust Festival is the place to go; wonderful art work, friendly atmosphere, great people, great food and music. Make sure you visit Feathers for Ladies clothes and Flamingo for the most beautiful earrings.

It was once the place to goParking is a joke and the Police know it! With metermaids everywhere waiting for you to park anywhere but their quarter gobbling machines you'll be lucky to get out of town with out substansual loss to your wallet. We were disappointed...We went to the Sawdust Festival on 8/20/07. Although Laguna is absolutely beautiful, we found the Festival to be a let down. As I appreciate art, I felt that the money I spent to enter the "so called" festival was too much for what it was. I have enjoyed free art festivals in the park much more.

It's worth the wait all year longI wait for this one month to finally arrive when I can walk around the booths of high quality talent. Sawdust on the floor and music in the air. There is atmosphere near the running brook or fallen down the hill as you sit in the outdoor rest area listening, eating and absorbing the sounds of what seems to be a place to get away from it all.
