La Goldendrina Restaurant
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 12/05/06
We visited with our two small grandsons and stopped into La Goldendrina Restaurant for lunch. The boys-ages 7 & 5 had a bean burrito and 2 lemonades. I ordered a diet coke with an a la carte taco and chili relleno (not good). My husband had one beer, a taco and cheese enchilada. The food was very mediocre but the killer was the bill for $70.00 ...
No sure why everybodys raving about this place. I mean its OK, but I don't know. Some guy is raving that he got the best horchata there? Is there such thing as great horchata? I got the best diet coke of my life at the 7/11 on De Soto & Victory! Like I said the place is OK but these reviewers must work for the chamber of commerce. There are ...

when i was out in LA we had to go here it was fun but differnt, but i would recomend anyone who goes to LA to stop bye and see it
Olvera street is the best...great food, good prices, a lot of Mexican relics.
I do not know why they do not have any Carne Asada Tacos in the Olvera strip, except for like one location, that sells Carne Asada tortas but no tacos.
Thats right San Gabriel Mission sent a team of expeditioners to settle to the West, what we now know as Los Angeles.

I LOVED EVERYTHING, BECAUSE IT IS ALL AUTHENTIC. THE FOOD IS REALLY GOOD TOO! IN ADDITION, YOU WILL ALSO LEARN A LOT OF FACTUAL INFORMATION AS WELL !
I enjoyed the variety of colors, a splash of every hue, shade, and brillance. The other combinations are the sounds of Latino music, wind chimes, and the friendly conversation around every corner. Have a wonderful taste of lod Califas.
