My wife and I decided to take the Star Lines Tour while walking by Gourmands Chinese Theater. Iʼll start by saying our tour guide Peter was AWESOME. Peter was very knowledgeable, animated &hilarious. He really put on quiet a show. I was surprised to read the other reviews because we had such a GREAT time with him. If you take the tour ...

Not so much fun
By SANDY, 06/24/08
The driver kept making fun of his previous customer leaving you wondering that you will be his next victim in front of stranger. He also was making fun of way people speak and there values, considering that so many diverse people do these tours it is shameful that a person with no respect for other cultures are allowed to operate such tours.

If you have a coupon or discount beware!
By A disappointed customer, 06/09/08
Last Wednesday (June 4, 08) my family took the LA Grand City Tour (#2). We had picked up a coupon at airport offering $5 off each ticket. We made our reservations from our hotel and "took advantage" of the complementary hotel pick-up. At the time the reservations were made, we let it be known that we had a discount offer. When we ...

We found the tour very interesting and nostalgic. The tour guides were helpful and well informed, letting the coach know where to get the best pictures. Overall a great experience!
We were on the hollywood tour and the movie stars' home tour.
Try it for yourself,

Bad Customer Service
By A Yahoo! Contributor, 05/12/08
My husband ordered our tickets online as a birthday present for me. When he told me, I mentioned that we have a 50% off coupon. We took the coupon with us to the tour where we were told that it would be honored but we would have to call the main office during business hours to get it applied. Wrong!! We should have insisted then and there that ...

The Movie star homes tour was aweful! If you are expecting an air conditioned tour bus, think again. The "bus" was actually a mini van with the top cut off. Better be equipped with SPF 45, sunglasses, hat, and windbreaker! The tour guide drove very fast up and down through the Hollywood Hills all the while the wind was blowing in our ...

On Friday, November 16th we took tour #25 (billed as a new tour that included the beaches)at a cost of $60 per person. Our tour guide was an older man who appeared to be very disinterested in his job and the tour he was conducting.
The tour began fine but when we stopped outside the Dorothy Chandler pavilion, our guide informed us we would ...

Buyer beware

I took a tour Nov21st on the double decker hop on hop off bus. A third way into the trip the audio commentary went out. The driver, Katrina, who was very nice and informative, told us there was nothing she could do to fix it and that it had been happening all day. She said she would drop us off at the Grove and we could wait 30 minutes for another ...

They picked us up for the Stars homes tours at the chinese theater only to take us somewhere else (the main company office)to walk three blocks to get on another bus.
We left late- our tour guide Richard kept repeating the same things. Saw the Holloywood sign and a couple of other things twice because we had to go back and pick up two people who ...
