Once, this was a quiet beach with lots of sand, and fun for families. Now, thanks to (take your pick) erosion, greedy landowners, the wrath of Poseidon, there is no beach left here. One encounters sandbag barriers which locals have illegally constructed, and the water comes up to them. If you do go, ignore the thugs pretending to be cops that the locals have hired.
