My kids loved all kind of animal. Been in LA Zoo was a life time experience for them. They loved to see lion, tiger, elephant, monkeys...
They only saw the animals in tv. They dreamed to see the animal in real action. Now they had a chance to see real animals it was just like their dream come true. They had all kind of animals in LA zoo. We had a good time at the zoo.

The food was good, but I disliked the fact that the concession stands were not open at night. Also, the benches were quite uncomfortable. Based on the other reviews we decided to make a vacation out of going to the LA Zoo - highly recommended - lots of animals.

This Zoo is a great place for kids and adults who love nature and animals.

This is a great place to have a fun family day, or even a romantic afternoon. The lush gardens and the variety of wildlife make for very enjoyable atmosphere. The shows are a great treat for the kids. The only drawback is that it can get crowded at times. A cool midweek afternoon is the best time for a visit. The animals are pretty active in the cool weather as well.

To be such an unregonized park, I think that its very educational for the youth and the adolescent. It's good to go witht family or friends that way everyone can enjoy everything together. It is very beautiful and well worth seeing. Remember a picture is worth a thousand words, but visiting the zoo is priceless. Take care.
