I like very much the place. But it seems that the place is so huge and looks like a wasted place for the Warner Brothers who own the place.

Is warner brother thinking of putting studios there in the future? Or is this place could be sold for possible playground like baseball park or football park plus racing?

I like to see the place bring more revenues in the future. It is just a waste as I see it. Don't you think so?
