Hancock Park and Windsor Square are way overrated sections of L.A. The houses are way overpriced for what you get - plus they need tons of renovations. Most of the houses are built in the 1920s and have bars on the windows. The location is decent, and Larchmont Blvd has some nice shops and restaurants, but this is a inner city neighborhood. The ...
