LA Dawn to DuskLA on the whole is over-rated as a city tho some places are worth seeing for historic value are Avila house an 1818 adobe villa and interior garden;Phillipe cafe north on Alameda has sawdust on the floors and good home style cooking is celebrating 100yrs;Spring St. in a hilly avenue in Chinatown the sights and sounds are truly Asian inspired.
