Vastly improved!I have lived across from the BP Mall for 11 years. It had really gone down hill after Macy's and JC Penny closed. Well, the last few years it really has turned around! The Kikorian theater and the surrounding are is beautiful. Lot's of great stores and the food!!! Tons of selection!

Then stay out of "Orange County"This mall has store to accomodate the people who perfer not to spend their hard earned money on over priced materialistic objects. If one is looking to spend hundreds on one piece of clothing then one should go to such mall as " in Costa Mesa".
