Loved itMy date and I were blown away not only by the view over looking LA but also the service provided by our waitress. The food was excellent and the sushi is great. We also had our drinks at the pagoda bar, which was nice and serene.OVERALL

Beautiful & WonderfulI was the maid of honor at my sisters wedding at Yamashiro- and the staff was nothing but professional, courteus and extremely accomodating to our needs- She had ordered enough Sushi for 100+ people- the presentation was out of this world- Entrees were ordered for 100+ people also, all were hot and very good.

Yamashiro ImprovementsYamashiro in the past has been known mainly for the panoramic views it offers of Hollywood and the whole of LA, but the food has been criticised. Warning on their food, and valet parkingIf you are going to dine here, you will enjoy the view 100%. However, the food especially Entrees are awful. Sushi is just ok. If you have a choice, you should take sushi instead of Entrees. I don't think they know how to cook food. Moreover, when you park, you should self-park there if it is possible.
